Peri

Peri loves to entertain. His strength as a director lies in his love of comedy and performance, and his devotion to concept and collaboration. Having developed his conceptual abilities as a copywriter and creative director before stepping up to the helm as a film director, Peri has an innate sense of what each project needs and employs a deft touch when casting talent. 

His deep love for humour brings with it an understanding of human behaviour and the ability to tell the tales of colourful and fallible characters that are charming and emotional. Whether his work is quirky and fun or more emotional, he always aims to entertain and elicit a reaction.

​Peri has won awards throughout his career, including metal from Cannes, LIA and The Loeries, and his work has featured on Shots and LBB. Peri is based in Cape Town, shooting across Africa and Europe. He has the ability to direct across a variety of genres.
